West Lancashire Borough Council

From 19 July we move onto Step 4 of the roadmap. Legal restrictions on our day-to-day lives are no longer in place but COVID-19 has not gone away. Government advice is to continue to wear a face covering in places such as shops and on public transport, get vaccinated if over 18 and to get tested regularly.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to unforseen circumstances, our asymptomatic test site at the Concourse, Skelmersdale will close early today (23 July) at 2pm. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
