WorkWell
WorkWell is a free programme designed to help individuals with health conditions and disabilities thrive in and out of the workplace.
What is WorkWell?
WorkWell connects you to personalised support and local resources, that will empower you to succeed while managing your health.
The programme offers:
• A personal assessment to identify the most suitable support for your circumstances.
• Tailored plans to improve your physical health, mental wellbeing, and overall readiness for work.
• Connections to local and community-based services that can support your health and employment goals.
• Advice for employers (with your consent) on workplace adjustments to better support your needs.
Who is eligible for WorkWell?
To be eligible you will be either:
You may be eligible if:
• You’ve been out of work for up to 6 months and need health-related support to return to work, or
• You’re currently employed but are off sick or finding it difficult to work due to a health condition.
In addition, you must meet the following criteria:• Your home address or the address of your GP/Jobcentre Plus falls within the WorkWell Service area.
• You are aged 16 or over.
• You have the legal right to work in the UK.
• WorkWell determines that your health condition creates a barrier to work.
Our dedicated Work and Health Coaches support you to create a personal plan to help you to achieve your employment and wellbeing goals.
