3. Energy and Fuel 

You don’t need to worry or stress about gas/electricity if don’t you have money to top up or are self-isolating. If you have a prepay meter, ring the relevant company below and tell them that you are self-isolating and they will send out 2 weeks' worth of gas/electricity or if you have a smart meter they will top up for you.

5. Befriending Services

If you are feeling at all lonely at this time, the following services have been launched to ensure you have someone to talk to. Each service will offer a friendly voice over the phone to so that you don't feel entirely isolated during the Coronavirus pandemic.
