Planning Control performance: planning (annual)

Each year the government specify targets in which planning applications should be determined. The targets are:

• Determine 60% of major applications in 13 weeks
• Determine 65% of minor applications in 8 weeks
• Determine 80% of other applications in 8 weeks
• Determine 90% of applications through delegated powers
