Infrastructure Delivery Schedule

The Infrastructure Delivery Schedule (IDS) is a database of the infrastructure projects we have identified as being required to support the growth of the borough, as set through the West Lancashire Local Plan 2012-2027. The projects have been suggested by stakeholders, internal and external infrastructure providers, parish councils, Councillors and members of the public.

The IDS is a live document and we update it regularly as and when new information is received. Annual updates of the IDS, and some accompanying commentary, are also published in our Annual Monitoring Reports.

Spending the Community Infrastructure Levy

We will use the IDS to help, inform and prioritise what projects may receive CIL funding. Further information on CIL can be found through CIL Receipts and expenditure.
