Health and safety

Before carrying out any building work, health and safety responsibilities must be considered.
 
You may need to notify the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). You may also have other duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015). 
 
A domestic client does not have duties under CDM 2015 - but those who work for them on construction projects will. Find out more by visiting the HSE website (external link).
