Don’t miss your chance to take part in the Citizen & Stakeholder Survey
- Residents, businesses, and organisations can all take part
- Your feedback will be used to help us make future decisions
- Survey closes Friday 8 July
Thank you to everyone who has responded to our Citizen and Stakeholder 2022 Survey so far. If you haven't given your views yet there is still time as the survey is open until Friday 8 July.
People who live and work in West Lancashire are at the heart of every decision we make. We want to know what's important to residents and stakeholders to ensure we can provide good services that are value for money.
The survey is built upon a number of core questions designed to give our customers and local communities the opportunity to be heard, and have their say on:
· the area they live in
· key services the council delivers e.g., recycling and refuse collection, street cleaning, parks, and green spaces, plus much more
· how we run things and if we provide value for money
The Citizen Survey has been posted to a random sample of residents, which will be representative of the Borough by ward, to ensure there is an equal opportunity for residents across the Borough to respond.
Residents and groups who have not received a survey by post are also encouraged to have their views heard by visiting our resident feedback hub, Your Voice West Lancashire here.
Leader of West Lancashire Borough Council, Yvonne Gagen, said: "Thank you to everyone who has completed the survey so far. If you haven't done it yet, please take part as this is your chance to let us know what your priorities are when it comes to how we operate as a Council. We will listen to and duly consider all feedback."
