Council launches Embrace Digital marketing sessions to help local businesses thrive in the digital age
West Lancashire Borough Council is excited to announce the launch of a new series of Embrace Digital sessions aimed at empowering local small businesses to enhance their digital presence and help attract new customers.
These sessions are tailored to provide hands-on training and expert insights into a range of essential digital marketing tools and strategies.
The Embrace Digital series will offer both in-person and online training opportunities, ensuring accessibility for all participants.
The in-person sessions will be held at the West Lancashire Investment Centre (WLIC) and Mere Sands Woods, with lunch provided in between each session to facilitate networking and collaboration among attendees.
In-person sessions:
- Intermediate Instagram: 18 September 10:00 am – 12:30 pm at WLIC
- Meta Ads: 18 September 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm at WLIC
- Photography: 3 October 10:00 am – 12:30 pm at Mere Sands Woods
- Canva: 3 October 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm at Mere Sands Woods
- SEO: 16 October 10:00 am – 12:30 pm at WLIC
- Email Marketing: 6 October 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm WLIC
- TikTok: 29 October 10:00 am – 12:30 pm at WLIC
- Google Ads: 29 October 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm at WLIC
Online sessions (via Zoom):
- AI Tools for Small Businesses 1 October 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Grow Your Audience with LinkedIn 9 October 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Get Started with YouTube 28 October 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
These sessions are designed for businesses at various stages of their digital journey, from those seeking to optimise their social media presence to those looking to leverage AI tools for growth.
Attendees will benefit from expert-led workshops, practical tips, and the opportunity to network with like-minded business owners.
