Citizen & Stakeholder Survey 2024

Between 5 July to 16 August 2024, the Council conducted the Citizen & Stakeholder Survey with residents, groups, organisations, parish councils, partners, and businesses across the borough.

To keep the survey independent, we appointed a company called NWA Social and Market Research who will analyse and categorise responses. Individual responses will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be shared with the Council.

What is the Citizen Survey?

The Citizens’ survey is designed to measure customer satisfaction and allows our customers to share their views on subjects including quality of life, health and wellbeing, community cohesion, and satisfaction with the Council.

The Citizen Survey was posted to a random sample of residents, representative of the borough by ward, to ensure there is an equal opportunity for residents across the borough to respond.

What is the Stakeholders' Survey?

The Stakeholders' survey is designed to measure customer satisfaction and allows stakeholders, organisations, and local business from across the borough to share their views on important issues, including Public Health priorities, local services, and satisfaction with the Council.

Your feedback is important to us and will be used to identify improvements and shape how we deliver our services for the future.
