Green Fayre

What is the Green Fayre?

The Green Fayre is a celebration of the countryside and countryside living. There are a range of stalls and activities providing fun and entertainment for the 1000's of visitors who flock to the show each year. 

Where and when?

The show is held at Beacon Country Park in Upholland, WN8 7RU. The next show will take place on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th July 2025. The show will be open from 11am until 5pm each day. 

What's there?

In the Arena

There will be exciting shows and displays in the Arena showcasing the wonderful activities and heritage that the Lancashire countryside has to offer. Please check back nearer the time to discover confirmed acts and line-ups.

Working woodlands and craft demonstrations

The heart of the Green Fayre belongs with its craft and working woodlands displays. There are a variety of different exhibitors and traders showcasing a wide range of traditional crafts and techniques, working natural materials into products and goods that we use in day-to-day life.

Animal displays

There are a wide range of interactive animal displays and demonstrations at the show. The show is also attended by a range of wildlife and animal welfare charities and organisations providing you with more information on how you can help look after animals both at home and in the wild.

Family entertainment

There is loads for families to do at the show. As well as all the crafts and exhibits, there will be a full range of outdoor activities that you can have a go at. 

Food and drink

There will be a range of hot and cold artisan catering options available at the show, to delight all tastes. Check back here closer to the show for further details.

Please be aware that you will need to submit a copy of you Insurance and Risk Assessment as part of your application. 

Stallholders fees for 2025 are set as follows

Trade stall in Marquee           £75

Charity stall in Marquee         £45

(Fees above include 1 6ft table. Additional tables can be booked for £15 per table. Maximum of 2 additional tables per application)

Small Caterer                        £150

Large Caterer                        £300

Due to changes in the shows operation we are not offering outdoor trade/charity stalls except in exceptional circumstances.
