Housing Stock Investment 2023/24

Communal Block Refurbishment Tanhouse Upgrades to blocks of flats both externally and internally.

Environmental improvements

 Ashurst/Aughton/Ormskirk/ Tanhouse/ Upholland Various upgrades to communal spaces.

Statutory Compliance (Heating and Electrical)/Fire Risk Assessments

 Across the Borough Servicing and Upgrade of existing heating systems, electrical re-wiring and fire safety improvements​
