Approved food premises

Important Information

Businesses which process, store or distribute Products of Animals Origin and supply to other businesses may require Approval under EC Regulation 853/2004 instead of Food Business Registration. These businesses must not trade before conditional approval is granted by either the Food and Safety Team at the Council or the Food Standards Agency. They are also subject to additional legal requirements.
