Permit application forms
If you are an operator of a process which you feel may need a permit you can apply by downloading and completing the forms below. However, we would recommend that you contact us first to discuss the requirements of the application.
Alternatively, if you feel that a company near you is polluting the environment and may require a permit, please contact us and we will investigate.

Applications for a permit and to transfer a permit to another operator, must be accompanied by the relevant fee. Details of the fees can be found on the Defra website (external link).
