WEST LANCASHIRE BOROUGH COUNCIL

FEES FOR PRIVATE HIRE & HACKNEY CARRIAGE DRIVER, OPERATOR & VEHICLE LICENCES 2022/23

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 70(3) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 (the Act), that West Lancashire Borough Council intends to vary the maximum fees specified in Section 70(2) of the Act to be charged for the granting of private hire and hackney carriage driver, vehicle and operator licences with effect from the 1^st April 2022.
