Land on New Court Way, Ormskirk
The Council is seeking written expressions of interest at this stage for land at New Court Way (0.45 Hectares) which should outline indicative proposals together with background information on your company including examples of similar projects completed elsewhere.
Whilst the Council may accept a rent-free period during construction this will have considerable bearing on the evaluation of the financial offer. In addition, the proposed use and community benefits offered by development of this town centre site, length of the lease term and the strength of the tenant's covenant will also be taken into account.
All site investigation, preparation, ground & remedial works, construction and development to be at the developer's cost and risk.
