Peer Challenge Review

In March 2022, the Council welcomed a Peer Challenge Team from the Local Government Association (LGA) to look at how we work at West Lancs.

We are delighted to share their report which recognised the positive work being undertaken and recommendations of what we could do to improve the way we operate.

We are currently preparing an action plan in response to these recommendations and once finalised the action plan will be available on this web page.
