What to do if you are not satisfied with the response you have received
If we decide to withhold all or part of the information that has been asked for, we will send a letter that explains which exemption is being used and the reason why the information is being withheld.
You can ask for an internal review if you are not satisfied with the reason why the information has been withheld.
You can also ask for an internal review, if you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request.
Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original letter. Who to contact with your request for a review will be in your letter (the refusal notice) alternatively you can find our contact details are in the panel on the right of this page.

If you remain dissatisfied after the internal review process is complete you can appeal against the decision by contacting the Information Commissioner (ICO) www.ico.org.uk/concerns (external link)
