How would you like to access information?
Information Access Importance
We want to ensure that every customer can access our services, regardless of whether they have a disability, speak another language, or are from a different cultural background.
This website also uses digital inclusion software, ReachDeck. This can be accessed by clicking on the symbol on the homepage.
Reach Deck helps website visitors who require online reading support and those who simply prefer to listen to information instead of reading it. Reach Deck is particularly useful for those with print disabilities such as dyslexia or mild visual impairments and those with English as a second language.
Request information in the format you prefer
If you have sight or hearing difficulties, or if your first language isn't English, you can request council information to be sent to you in other formats. Once you have completed this form, we will let different teams in the council know and all future correspondence from us will be delivered in that format.
